Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of demolitioncontractorperth.com.au (the "Service"), operated by Demolition Contractor Perth ("we", "us" or "our"). They apply to every visitor and user of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service.
What this website is
This is a referral website. We publish information about demolition and related services and pass enquiries to independent third-party contractors who may be able to carry out the work. We do not perform demolition, excavation, asbestos removal, waste removal or property maintenance work ourselves.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for work. Any agreement to carry out work is made directly between you and the contractor, on the contractor's terms, and we are not a party to it. The disclaimer sets out the limits of this arrangement in full.
Information on the Service
Content on this website is general information, not professional, engineering, legal or safety advice. Price ranges, timeframes and process descriptions — including those in the demolition cost guide — are indicative and will not apply to every site.
Statements about permits, licensing and regulatory requirements are included in good faith and are current to the best of our knowledge, but requirements change and vary between local governments. Confirm anything that matters with your local council and the relevant Western Australian authority before relying on it.
Your responsibilities
When you use the Service you agree to:
- provide accurate information in any enquiry you submit;
- use the Service only for lawful purposes;
- not attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems; and
- not copy, republish or commercially exploit content from this website without permission.
Links to other websites
The Service contains links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. We have no authority over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site.
You acknowledge that we are not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available through those sites. We recommend reading the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
Availability
We do not warrant that the Service will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components. We may add to, remove from or modify the content of the Service at any time without notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or its content, whether in contract, negligence or any other cause of action.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Information you submit is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right. If a court holds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our discretion. Where a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
